Blood type?!

Anyone else have Rh- blood and have to get a shot around 20 weeks? I don’t know much about it but I was just wondering if there was any other mommas on here with Rh- blood..

I’m 0- and have to get the shot. You’ll get another shot after the baby is born if he/she has a positive blood type.

I have it! If I bleed I get it and I get it at 20 weeks it’s not that bad

Both my SO and I are AB-, so I’m signing a waiver to opt out of this.

I'm O- so I'll have to get one at 28 weeks and one within 72 hours after birth! It's my first so I'm hoping it goes smoothly!

Me! I had one after my D&C in June but think they will do another.

I am AB- and get it around 20 weeks then again after delivering. I also got it when I had my miscarriage. So in total I've had it 5 times so far and will get 2 more this pregnancy. It's nothing to worry about. You just need to get it so that you do not make antibioses that could harm future pregnancies.
