Milk drying up?

Our daughter self-weened at 13 months and since 11 months had only been nursing once when she woke up in the mornings. She’s nearly 18 months now (May 2nd bday) so we haven’t nursed in about 5 months but my milk hasn’t totally dried up. 🤨 I don’t feel full or engorged at all but there’s definitely milk that comes out when I squeeze. I even told my husband my boobs were off limits so there wasn’t any extra stimulation. Is this normal?? What have others experienced as far as milk drying up?
