How do you get ready??

Question

So if baby is on a feeding schedule how do you manage to get ready to leave in the mornings? Do you wake up earlier than baby should typically wake to eat? 
I got ready alone with baby for the first time yesterday and we were over 20 minutes late. I was up before him but right as I was going to shower, he woke up to eat. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I take my showers at night while my daughter is sleep. I pick out clothes, pack diaper bag an prepare my water for bottles for that night an the next day that way in the morning when she wakes up all I have to do is wash her up because I gave her a bath before I took my shower that night an I get her dressed (I’m already dressed an ready) & we are out the door by 6:15am

I’m still learning as I am a new mommy, but i give myself an hour and a half to get ready, at the least. This includes enough time to feed baby, diaper change, shower, etc. then of course to make up for last minute stuff baby may have such as a last minute diaper change or feeding before leaving. When I shower, I put baby in a chair that vibrates, swaddle, and give her a pacifier and put the chair next to the shower so I can watch her. It seems to work more times than not. I think overall though, it’s near impossible to be on time with a baby and I don’t know many people who expect a new mom to be on time to anything.

FTM...learning as I go! 
Today doctors appointment was 6pm....I showered and got ready at 1 then I made sure to feed the baby at 3:30...got him ready at 4 and we were out the door at 4:45!
