Extreme pain during periods and sex

So for a while now I’ve started to have extreme pain in my ovaries and uterus, like once it got the point where I was hyperventilating and sweating so hard that I was almost throwing up and I almost fainted while hunched over the toilet, all because of the pain.. I have also been having pain during sex, I can feel it when I’m having sex with my partner I can feel pain in my ovaries and it’s just so uncomfortable and makes me really depressed that I’m not getting any pleasure during sex.

With all my periods I’ve had it’s only been a few months where I’ve been having these types of extreme pain, as before it used to be the normal cramps that would go by having 2 paracetamols, but now it’s taking more than that to get rid of the pain and most of the time they come back 1 hour after taking tablets.
