Chemical pregnancy after FET

I am in the process of a chemical pregnancy after A FET. My last beta (Tuesday) was 6 so doc thinks i'll be down to zero by Friday (tomorrow) but i got off PIO shots Tuesday and im still not bleeding. I been having bad cramping for 2 days but not bleeding yet... does anyone know when i should be expecting to bleed? Also how horrible (pain and flow wise) should i expect this cycle to be? I haven't been pregnant in 10 yrs and this is my first miscarriage... any info you can share would be appreciated...
