Heavy period

My periods are so heavy. I bleed through ultra tampons and they still leak on my pads. Im thankful for infinity pads. But damn. Im passing giant blood clots as well since i had my daughter 6 years ago. But my periods just seem too heavy. Im done with birth control as well.
