I try to eat healthy but my nausea is crazy and i can only eat somthing sweet for

Spicy, healthy food. I haven't had much of a sweet tooth, so a glass of milk is the perfect dessert. I normally eat high protein, lots of fruit and veggies,  very little processed food anyway, so I'm sticking with that. However, some serious cravings for junk have hit, so I just keep tight limits on it. But boy, does my baby seem to love super spicy food! It works out, I've always loved that, so I'm glad we have that in common.  :)

It weird because when I have something, I enjoy it for a bit then it starts tasting kind of gross. Then when I try to eat it again, it tastes like the worst thing ever. It's been like that for literally EVERYTHING I eat. I love Mexican food but since finding out I was Prego, I can't eat.

I've been eating a lot of spicy food. I used to love fast food but now I can't even touch it. If I go out to eat it has to be at a restaurant.
