I feel discouraged 😔

I just dont know if this is normal.

My LO is 9 weeks and his sleeping schedule has just been turning upside down, ebf and hasnt pooped in two days. Hes feeding around the clock again, fussy, sucking on his fist so badly... i dont know if hes getting sick, if he doesn’t like my milk, if this is a growth spurt (he JUST had one!)... I JUST DONT KNOW And I feel discouraged, frustrated and feel like I’m doing something wrong and going backwards instead of achieving milestones... I need a pat on the back 🤧

I love being a mom, and I know i will never regret being this tired, but when he gets like this and I don’t know what it is, I feel so sad because I want to help him.
