Feeling HORRIBLE

My period started Wednesday so I’m on day 3 of a 7 day long period. I am bleeding soooo heavy and clotting a lot. My insides seriously feel like they are dying. I could seriously throw up from all this pain. It honestly feels like someone is sawing me in half and I am sooo miserable!!!!! I can’t stand waking up after only a few hours to blood everywhere. My period is always pretty heavy, but this is the worst it’s ever been. Tylenol doesn’t even touch my pain. I use a period cup so I can tell that I’ve already lost 55 ml in the 3 days I’ve had my period. I could just lay around and cry I feel so horrible!!!! Thinking about calling my OBGYN in the morning.
