Pain in hips at 4 weeks?

I’m only 4 weeks pregnant and my hips and back are killing me, it’s hard to sleep. I keep thinking something is wrong. Did anyone else have pain early on!??

I literally just posted about how I am 5 weeks and in pain. I’m so achey like I’m about to start my period or I am on my period. I’m very tired, cramps come and go, and it feel like my joints are sucking today lol

I’m about four weeks also experiencing the same thing! I’m trying to figure out if it’s normal or if I should be concerned. No bleeding or spotting though. It feels like some period pains, but a little more dull

Im having this 4 weeks and 2 days was everything ok?? My aches are in my groin hips back and bum feel like chopping my left leg off! Can not get comfortable x
