You will get bloating but I don’t think it should really be painful. Maybe talk to your doctor.

I’m not sure painful is the right word. It was only painful when I wore my 38 band bras that I normally wear because my bloat went all the way up to right under my boobs. My 40 bands feel much better. The bloat is sure annoying tho... I just look extra fat 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️
