"Rape culture" is a culture in which sexual violence is considered the norm — in which people aren't taught not to rape, but are taught not to be raped. 
Victim blaming occurs when the victim of a crime or any wrongful act is held entirely or partially responsible for the harm that befell them. 
This particular article states multiple times it's information is just rumor and speculation. Some of the rumors are: even her friends/witnesses are looking for a settlement; the woman was on molly (borderline victim blaming, but could also be used to show her state of mind at the time); and the article bluntly states this all sounds like a conspiracy. 
Personally, I'd reserve my opinion until/if it goes to court... but at worst, this article walks a thin line.

This article(s)-I also read from buffalonews-are all over the place. She's on molly. He was totally wasted. He wasn't wasted. She was all.over him. He followed her. She followed him.  She kept other females away from him. She has scratches/bite marks. She texted right after she was raped.

There's too many holes for a REAL opinion. There's really no answers either. I'm just keeping my mouth shut for now until some real info comes out.
