Feeling like I’m peeing my pants

I’m 5 weeks pregnant today and for some reason it feels like I’m peeing my pants every day but it’s really just Cervical mucus there’s no blood and I’m not cramping so I don’t think it’s a miscarriage what could this be and or why is this happening please help with advice thank you
