Ligament pain in pregnancy?
This pain is awful, like deliberating. I can walk for 5 minutes and I’m getting period pains all in my hips, belly and thighs.. I’ve been given painkillers but I’m not keen on taking them. Is there anything natural I can do? Like exercises etc..
This is my second pregnancy and I’m a lot bigger than my first, I’m 24 weeks
