How many had to have a 2nd dose or more of misoprostol?

I look 5 pills at 2 pm for my blighted ovum. I have been crampy, it gave me diarrhea (tmi, I'm sorry!)and Heartburn. I have not really passed anything as of yet, just lightly tinged brownish colored on the tp. Nothing in the toilet. It is not 11:15 pm

First dose at 1:40 Sunday afternoon gave me minor cramps and passing of a few clots. Nothing major.
Took my second dose at 1:40 yesterday afternoon and so far it's only given me nausea and diarrhea.

Hoping & praying something happens soon! Calling the doctor this afternoon if nothing else happens.

My doc gave me 5 refills of 5 pills each, so I'm like if it doesn't happen by then I need to call..?

I took four vaginally twice and another kind orally once and I ended up getting a D&C. I had a D&C June 30th.
