tips for after c-section

had an emergency c-section wed oct 24th. they have a wound vac type drainage on me. I was released friday oct 26th. anyone have any tips on how to get it to heal good or even faster. I know it's something that can't be rushed but I have a little baby in the NICU that needs me.
