Constant cramp
Help! I’m 26 weeks pregnant and have had a constant cramp in my lower abdomen for the last hour or so. It feels like menstrual cramps. Every now and then my lower back will hurt as well. The pain is tolerable but very uncomfortable. Im not bleeding and I just chugged a bottle of water so I’m not dehydrated.. I’m starting to get really concerned. Is this normal or should I go into the ER?
