Possibly pregnancy?

I have had unprotected sex with my boyfriend every day after my last period. I've been cramping pretty much every night and morning & feel nauseous during the day. But I have never thrown up. My period is coming up next week & most tests say you can detect a pregnancy as earlier as 5 days before.. Should I test then or wait to see if I miss my next period?
