When do y’all actually ovulate after positive OPK?!

Hey y’all! 
When do you ladies actually ovulate after getting a positive opk (ovulation prediction kit)???? This is cycle #10 that I’ve been TTC, and I can’t help but think I’m missing my window. I typically baby dance every day until the day after I get a positive opk. Clearly this isn’t working and I’m curious if I’m ovulating multiple days after. I’ve been using the app “Flo” this entire time, and just recently downloaded “Glo”. Glo tells me I’m ovulating three days after flo does, so I’m curious if I’m missing my window.

Ok so getting a little scientific here. You actually get the ewcm right before you ovulate. My numbers aren’t exact but here’s why you get ewcm before ovulation. After the sperm are released they have to get inside the cervix, passed the acidic uterus, enter the narrow Fallopian tube, travel to the egg and it takes sperm 8+ hours to finally reach the egg. And the egg is only viable for near 8 hours. So the sperm technically have to be waiting there already waiting for the egg to be released. Once you get a positive opk you could actually release your egg anywhere from 12-48 hours later. So you should bd that day the next and the following. To cover your basis you could do the 4th day too. Some people skip the third day and do the fourth  doing bbt only predicts once your ovulation has passed already because your temp gets higher after ovulation because your body starts producing progesterone to help support possible pregnancy. If no egg is fertilized your body stops making progesterone temp starts to decrease and then comes af.

Last cycle (I wasn't ttc yet..just tracking) I got an LH surge so strong it was darker than the control line on day 14, along with super intense ewcm and I believe that day is when I ovulated. The next day I only had mild cramping, only early in the morning and a strong but not peak opk & no other signs of ovulation.

I’ve never tracked my ovulation. I’m that weird person that feels the ovulation twinges and pains and I just BD. I’ve been pregnant twice without ever confirming the O.
