Pain in thigh crease?

I have a bump that's popped up in my pubic area because I shaved last night and irritated the area a bit but as I was checking the bump I realized that there's a bit of pain to the touch in the crease of my left thigh between my thigh and groin near the bump. It's only one specific spot and doesn't hurt on the other side. Should I be worried about this? What could this be?
