PLEASE HELP- vaginal itching

So I’m on the end of my period. And I usually shave around there. But while I’m bleeding I’m like nah I’ll let her have her mental breakdown. Anyways. On like the inner labia (flaps) it’s kinda itchy and irritated. No weird discharge, no off smell. It’s not like crazy itchy it’s just like irritated. On one side it’s red with like tiny white dots where the start of the hair has grown.

My thoughts are that:

1. It could just be from the growing back like short hair rubbing on the pad making it irritated

2. My bf and I had sex and it could be from the rubbing of that ( irritated) but it kinda a couple days before so idk it might have made it worse

3. An infection which I’m obviously really hoping it’s not.

Please help guys I’m really stressed about it. Any tips?
