Uterus hemorrhage

Hello ladies recently I was back in the Er because I was having pains n as well I fainted while I was working . They told me I had uterus hemorrhage and I should go to my doctor weekly to assure that the hemorrhage is not getting bigger . Should I be worried or is this apart of the beginning stages . I didn’t have none of these problems when I had my daughter 7 years ago . I been keeping everything I do to a minimum like heavy lifting and etc is any one ESLE experiencing this ?
