Light brown spotting ADVICE

Shannon • Me and the fiancé lost our first baby as the baby was in my tubes so now we are trying to have another baby dust to all.
I had my period July 20-24 today went to go pee and there was very light brown spotting... I never have spotting so it's very weird my period was normal either it was light. I've been very tired lately an Having very mild cramps don't know what to do...
