Opk as pregnancy test?

Took this clear blue opk, I have been spotting for a few days and didn’t have a test so I took this. Can an opk be a positive pregnancy test? 
Yes I know I should test with a real one but just curious.

Yes you can I use that same test and took one two days ago for fun and ur was very positive but idk if yu got a smiley face or not because you not supposed to rely on the lines this was mines Friday and I’m 7 weeks

Is this clear blue advanced or reg. And what came up on the screen? An opk is not a for sure way to get a yes or no for hcg. But if you do get a positive opk you could be pregnant or it could be a second LH surge. Only way to know is an hpt.

You get a surge right before AF so I would say no not accurate. (Been pregnant twice and this didn’t happen to me)

No. not all pregnant ladies get positive opks.. and a lot of non pregnant people get positive opks before af because you can get a surge before af too.
