Are there any ladies over 40 TTC? Have any advice or suggestions for someone who's been TTC with no success for 2 years?

I'm 41 and have been TTC for 2 years with no success. Have changed diet, drink less and do acupuncture. Next step is going to end up being ivf in the fall.
