Have any ladies ever had pregnancy dreams & ended up pregnant. A month or two ago I had a dream of baby fish. These last couple weeks I had dreams of having a big belly, going into labor, doctors preparing me for a c section. The other night I had a dream I took a FR & it came back positive. Thought it was a sign one of my girls were pregnant but they all on BC...??
