Pregnant?
Constantly dreaming of positive pregnancy test. Even had a dream I was pregnant with twins.
I want to be pregnant but hubby wants to wait since baby boy is only 7 months. So I'm on the mini pill. Am I just playing out my thoughts in my dreams?
