Finally ate idk if I need a trigger warning or not

I haven’t eaten since last Monday and I threw it up... I ate a grilled chicken wrap from McDonald’s tonight. One of the little ones that are a 1/2 piece of chicken, cheese lettuce and ranch. I’m fighting to keep it down. But damn it tasted so good!! I love chicken wraps. I used to love food and to cook. Where did I go wrong 😭... I can keep coffee with cream, water and sometimes pop down. I’ve been getting most of my calories from pop/coke/soda what ever you call it. And I’m taking prenatals.

But god I’m trying so hard to eat! I’ve been working myself up for a few days by just chewing and spitting it out. Because even the taste of food was making me sick. I feel like if I cough it’s just gonna come up like after thanksgiving when you’re stuffed and even breathing makes you feel like puking. That’s how I feel. I go to the doctor Tuesday for something to speed up my metabolism so I feel hungry. Even if it’s just for a few days! Something to help me get back in the swing of eating.

I want to lose weight but NOT this way. I’m praying this stays down.
