Hi all - I’m 5 weeks 2 days after

. This is my second pregnancy after first one ended in missed miscarriage. Needless to say, I’m terrified of this happening again! Our first ultrasound is next week on November 5th. I’ve been happy to see my heart rate rise since implantation, but the last two days my heart rate has actually gone down. I don’t have major symptoms except minor cramping and breast tenderness. Should I be concerned??

Trigger shot was October 2nd. Transfer was on October 11th. You can see the sharp rise after our beta on October 22nd.

Anyone else track their resting rate?
