How soon do you start to plan your wedding?

I'm aiming for the year 2020 of April. Would it be too soon for me to start?

I've basically have started, but I feel like I'm bugging my people with my ideas, knowing that's the date. Is it too soon? I know this question is lame, buutt I'm pretty much planning everything on my own. Aandd feel like maybe I should take it down a notch.
