CFS and Sex
I have CFS/ME (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/Myalgic Encephalomyelitis) and I find it difficult to keep up an active sex life with my partner. When I’m just so drained and low-energy, it’s difficult to do all the physical activity sex requires and even sometimes to just engage emotionally and mentally. Others with CFS/ME or other similar conditions, how do you deal with it?
