My period is due tomorrow. Is this happening?

I’m 41 and have one son. This past year I’ve had a hell of a journey having one miscarriage and a pregnancy that ended with a d&c (my son had Down syndrome and fluid around skull and abdomen. He wasn’t making it to term). Please let this be positive and stick.
