Kidneys again. Anyone have experience?

My doctors won’t listen to me or even call me back and our express care is absolute shit. I had a UTI a couple weeks ago and this flared up again BADLY this time. Way worse than before.

I’ve been dealing with this for almost 24 hours.

-severe one sided flank pain that radiates to my lower abdomen where it’s also severe - this comes in waves

-kidney and groin aching constantly

-nausea

-lethargy

-low grade fever of 99.5

-headache

Kidney infection? Kidney stones? What’s happening?
