Defrosting baby food purée
I made my 6 month old baby food purée yesterday it is a pumpkin, broccoli and pear purée she loves it. I put left overs in a 70ml baby food container the next morning I defrosted the frozen sealed container in a hot running water in the kitchen then fed it to my baby when it was all defrosted and warm. i didnt microwave it. Now I just read on google that i shouldnt defrost it that way?? because of bacteria or food poisoning i dont know? im scared now. is it really that bad? please no hate comments im a first time mom.
