Legit dont know where this would go

So i'm 27..I wana go to college..idk for what.. but I was told I could get paid to do it from home..true or no?? I'm not married just engaged i have an 8year old and a baby on the way.

I live in wisconsin if that makes any difference

But at the same time i'm so iffy about it cause I struggled in high school an don't feel smart enough to go..I work full time. Have my son every other week. Plus take care of the house.. idk how I'd do it
