Period delay?

I definitely don’t think I’m pregnant cause I’m a virgin, but normally my period would be here by now. I start either today or tomorrow, and i’ve had my usual PMS symptoms. I’ve been under stress, but it was really bad 2 weeks ago, and now as bad now. Any reason that it could be delayed? Thanks.

Stress 100% will affect your period, so honestly that’s probably it. Also remember that not everyone has a set clock for it. “Average” cycle is 28 days, but mine has a range of 34-40 days and that’s normal for me. So just try to relax and not stress about it. If it does seem like a really ling time (I get concerned at a 2 week delay personally), and you’re really concerned, always see a doctor, even if it’s just to make yourself feel better.
