6DPO and suddenly I have EWCM?.. Confused.. Hopeful?

20th Sunday I got a major major head cold, even had to go to the doctor I was so miserable. Today makes it 6DPO and all the sudden I am having legit EWCM.. I'm so confused. Anyone else have this happen?
