Nosebleeds

I never had nosebleeds before pregnancy but now I get them out of my left nostril every now and then and they come very unexpectedly. I can just be watching tv or doing anything non-strenuous when blood just starts pouring out of my nose. This morning I kissed my wife to wake her up and started bleeding on her face and had to run for tissues. Crazy stuff.
