Pre-menopause anyone?

I believe Ive started pre-menopause, my SO and I want another baby. But if my body has started to cut out ovulation (dont know how long now) but I know this month I didnt ovulate, unless for some miracle I ovulate before AF shows up in the next 5days, but I cant see it happening. I would like to try and see a specialist doctor and see if we can do anything to help. I am only 43 and my periods are regular, every 28/29 days.
