Which treatment would you choose?

I haven’t gotten any response asking for help making a choice on this. I have stage 3/4 Endometriosis. I also have a 13.5 month old son, who is still breastfeeding. I’m a full time student. My insurance doesn’t cover the surgery, and my past 2 have been unsuccessful. I also have extreme anxiety and serious depression that are both managed with medication. But these are my options.

I just wanted to comment to say getting pregnant isn't a treatment or cure for endometriosis. It may help alleviate symptoms, but it's not going to stop what is happening in your body with endo. 
Lupron also has the possibility of horrible side effects that can damage your fertility. I didn't know this at 17, and it destroyed my chances of getting pregnant. My body doesn't naturally produce estrogen or progesterone anymore because of it. I need to supplment monthly with pills. 
Don't know anything about orlissa. 
The best course of action for women with endo (in my opinion) is to find a true excision specialist and have surgery. 
I don't say any of this to be "preachy," I just wish someone had explained all this to me before I had 4 surgeries and 2 years of Lupron treatments.

I suffer from it as well. Have had one surgery to remove it. Was successful and felt like my old self for a couple of months. But it's back, I can definitely feel it. Honestly, I just deal with the pain. It's almost become normal to me. 🤷‍♀️ It's been about 12 years of it.
