I've been getting acrylic nails for 5 1/2 years and just decided to stop because I didnt feel like keeping up with it anymore. I currently use shellac because regular nail polish doesnt stay on my nails; my tech said when my nails grow out to get them dipped. My question is: is it worth the $40 to get my nails dipped and will it last as long or longer than shellac? I wanted to save my money but dipping seems like it's expensive and shellac is only $12.
