Impending Loss

On Monday (3 weeks, 3 days, 10 DPO) it was 19. Thursday, (3 weeks, 6 days, 13 DPO) it was 23. Doctor never called me back and now it's the weekend. I only spoke with the nurse. I am assuming this is not a viable pregnancy. Does anyone have experience with this? This would be my second chemical, but with my first I bled by now. I have a wedding today, and I don't want to have to explain why I'm not sure if I should drink or not. I just want to know it's not going to work, and move on. 😔Thank you. 💙
