I never measure and I should but my measuring cups are packed.

Anyways will eat scrambled eggs, bacon, fried potatoes, refried beans and salsa.

Update: I will give you an estimate as to what I put in.

3 cups of flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon baking powder.

Mix all of the above by hand just to incorporate, then add 1/3 cup crisco lard, mix till it resembles crumbles, then little by little add 1/4 cup warm water, and mix by hand, unless you prefer a blender. I think I ended up using 3/4 cups water, your dough should look like if your making bread, smooth and soft.

I usually do my dough balls small then I start to roll them out.
