Had twins 7/30/15, via c section. Didn't go as great as I had hoped!!

Melinda • I'm a 29 yr old, & engaged, I had B/G twins born 7/30/15 @ 33 wks. I also have a son 8 & daughter 6 yrs old ❤️
I had my twins on July 30th, it was my 3rd pregnancy, my first two pregnancies were vaginal. I was hoping to have a vaginal birth with the twins also. They were head down, but the doctor called me to have me come in the next day, July 30th to deliver them early at 33 weeks. At 28 weeks I went into premature labor, they gave me meds to stop labor, & steroid shots for the babies lungs, had 4 shots in all. Then on ultrasound they found that baby B Gabriel's cord blood flow was showing high resistance, & absent flow, then had reverse flow. I was monitored twice a week getting NST, ultrasounds, & biophysical profiles for the next 1 1/2 months. Then it was getting were & reversing again, it was hindering his weight gain, both of my twins were on the small size. They brought me in for c section, gave me a spinal, then got my fiancé for me. I was nervous, shaking like a leaf so I had my fiancé show me videos & pics of my kids & sonograms of the babies to keep me calm. It was a weird experience, I didn't feel pain just pressure & tugging. After the babies were out I was relieved, they were breathing on their own, Isabelle weighed 3 lbs 10 oz & Gabriel weighed 3 lbs. 4 oz. I also had a tubal ligation, & they finished up, then brough me back to the room & let me eat something. when the spinal wore off they were gonna bring me down to maternity. They checked my incision & saw that it was oozing blood, so they had the doctor look at it, & he decided to bring me back into the operation room to check it. They gave me another spinal, & had to open me back up. Unfortunatly the bleeding was coming from inside, there was bleeding from one of my tubes & uterus. They stitched back up & stitched me back up again, I lost a lot of blood, luckily not enough  to were I would need a transfusion. I was so sore & in pain, but I was getting up out of bed, & into the wheelchair right after the 2nd spinal wore off because I wanted to go up to the NICU to see my babies. I started to have reddish going up from my incision up to my belly button, they kept a eye on it to make sure it wasn't a infection.
was discharged 4 days later, unfortuantly my babies are still in the NICU because they were premature, but their doing great!! Since I've been home I've had a couple rashes, slight fevers, still swollen & in pain. They said there's no infection, but that I'm on my feet too much when I should be taking it easy. I'm trying to so I can heal, but not easy with two kids at home.
