Sore breasts

Hi guys

So basically I’m new on here, I’ve been ttc for 3 years now, after seeing a specialist I jave been diagnosed with pcos and mild endometriosis. I had a laparoscopy and ovarian drilling last month. I am due my period next week but I’m actually feeling quite unwell, sore breasts, headache, fatigue, not enjoying the foods I usually eat.. I don’t know if I’m just unwell or if actually I’ve finally conceived because of my surgery. What do you guys think? Has anyone had ovarian drilling and it be a success? When can I test? Is it too early? Please advise!!
