Several Positive hpt but negative at doctors

I’ve tested positive with HPTs for the past week. I went to the doctors yesterday for mild cramping and the urine test came back negative. I immediately went home and took two more test, one a digital and the other just a cheap dollar store one, both came back positive. Has anyone had this happen and if so what was the outcome. Trying real hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you in advance for any information and congratulations to all the mommas. 🤗
