I think my 8 year old is getting her period

This morning my daughter started crying and telling me her stomach hurt I asked her to show me the exact area and y’all I swear it’s the Same place where you get cramps I’m freaking the fuck out and don’t know what to do . It’s been going on for a few hours now. I mean she’s freakin 8 years old am I suppose to give her Advil ? A hearying pad? I’m am I gonna have to have the “talk” please help me cuz I can’t even deal right now !
