37 week appointment didn't go as expected

We go to our appointment and we were thinking it woukd go smoothly and my husband would get back to work on time.

Well. My blood pressure had different plans after being fine this whole time.

I get my urine sample to the nurse who had done my BP and she asked to do it again. She does it and does it a third time. She concludes that my blood pressure is 140 over 8 i think, something like that, and that shell be seeing if my doctor will send me to triage. After getting sent to the room with my man, i tell him he might have to go to work amd leave me here. Being the sweet man he is tho, he stayed with me the entire time. ❤❤❤

Conclusion: my doctor does send me to triage to do a 24 hour BP test, or until it goes down. If it doesnt, I'll be getting induced. If not, then on our next week appointment, on tuesday, if it's high again, im getting induced. So i stay there till 7:45 when it finally stabilized and they send me home with a 24 hour urine jug to fill and turn in by 5 today. If i show a lot of protein in my urine, they're inducing me on tuesday or sooner, depending on how serious it is. Praying to God that all is well but also a little excited that I could be seeing my baby this coming week 🙏🙏💙 Would love lots of prayers from you wonderful women that theres no protein, that baby will be fine and that if im not induced, baby comes out fine on his own 💙
