I stick to 1 to 2 cups of coffee or tea. I just stay under the 250mg recommendation 🤷‍♀️ with both of my pregnancies i didnt have any in the first trimester because it sounded gross but the craving came back with a vengence in the second trimester.

I don’t drink any caffeine even when I’m not pregnant. I hate coffee and no fond of soda especially with caffeine in it.

I put 2-3 but I actually drink tea. So I have 1-2 cups of tea per day and sometimes have a can of coke!

I drink a can of coke a day as a pick me up because my doctor said that quitting caffeine cold turkey for me isn’t an option due to the amount I consumed before pregnancy. I hate coffee though personally. lol. Just hate the after taste.
