Boyfriend troubles

Don’t get me wrong my boyfriends is great. However he is going to school and tends to get a lot of homework. He just getting so busy during the week. I went to hang with him today at he was doing his home work. I thought to my self it should be 1-2 more hours. It's now been 6 hrs since I has gotten to his place. I get homework is important but I am so upset. I don't want say anything homework is important but what should I do ? ( to be fair we went to a 3 hr movie) ijust feel ignored
